Nibbi Brothers will be requesting the approval of a special Night Noise permit from the Department of Building Inspection.
The request will be for site mobilization for piles on the 400 China Basin St project for extended hours of 2:00am to 7:00am on July 19 thru July 20, 2022.
The purpose of the extended hours is to mobilize the site in preparation for beginning the pile driving process. Due to the sheer size of the piles and necessary long bed trucks delivering those piles, it is essential to perform this at night in order to minimize traffic impacts.
We will do our best to avoid any disruption and keep noise to a very minimum.
