Madrone proudly offers a variety of amenities for its Residents. You can view details about the amenities below.
Barbeque Patios
Hours of Operation:
North Patio (adjacent to Resident Lounge) – One (1) grill is dedicated to reservations. Reservations cannot be made more than 7 days in advance, unless making a reservation in tandem with the resident lounge.
South Patio (adjacent to Fitness Center) – One (1) grill is dedicated to first come first served basis.
Barbecues are limited to ninety (90) minutes of use.
No glass containers are permitted in the barbecue areas.
Absolutely no pool parties will be allowed.
You may make a reservation request for the North Barbecue via your VIVO Homeowner Portal account. Click on the Amenities tab to make a reservation.
Business Center
Hours of Operation:
Hours of the business center are 5:00am to 11:00pm, seven (7) days a week, on a first come first served basis.
Fitness Center
Hours of Operation:
Hours of the fitness room are 5:00am to 11:00pm, seven (7) days a week. Two (2) guests are allowed per resident.
Lobby
Meeting Room
Hours of Operation:
The conference room is available from 5:00am to 11:00pm, seven (7) days a week, on a first come first served basis.
The Meeting Room is limited to two (2) hours of use.
Pool Area
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Sunday: 5:00am – 11:00pm
Residents are permitted four (4) guests and must be present with guests at all times.
Resident Lounge
Hours of Operation:
Hours of the Community Room are 5:00am to 11:00pm, seven (7) days a week, unless it was previously reserved.
Steam & Sauna
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Sunday: 5:00am – 11:00pm
Residents are permitted two (2) guests and must be present with guests at all times
Theater
Hours of Operation: Hours of the theater room are 5:00am to 11:00pm, seven (7) days a week, on a first come first serve basis. Residents must make a reservation on
vivoportal.com. Each unit can reserve up to 2 three-hour sessions per week. Reminder that no food or beverages are allowed.
