WATER SHUT OFF REMINDER
TUESDAY, 11/6/18
9:00AM – 5:00PM
The hot and cold water supply to all units will be shut off due to the necessary harvesting of in-line water shut off ball valves. Please be aware that sediments may have accumulated in the pipes during the water shut down. To remedy the issue, please clean the aerators and/or let the water run continually until it is clear and free of small particles or water discoloration.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

AT&T Park Sound Notification
Private Concert
Wednesday, October 24th, 2018
Dear Residents and Business Owners,
This is a pre-event notice to inform you that a private concert will take place at AT&T Park on Wednesday, October 24th, 2018, from 7:00 PM-11:00 PM. We hope the following information will help better prepare you for the event.
In preparation for this concert, we have worked closely with the concert production staff regarding the positioning of all speakers and acceptable volume levels, to help mitigate the sound impact in the neighborhoods surrounding the ballpark. On the evening of the concert, we will have staff positioned throughout the surrounding neighborhoods with decibel readers. Our staff in the surrounding neighborhoods will have direct contact with our staff maintaining the sound complaint hotline, so that we can directly address any issues or complaints that arise. This enables us to monitor the situation in real time and to collect valuable data so we can continue to improve the acoustical plans for future shows.
If you experience any sound disturbances on October 24th during the concert between 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM, we will have a sound complaint hotline set up at AT&T Park to field calls. Please note that the sound complaint hotline number is 415-972-1771.
Please know that we are utilizing the data collected from recent AT&T Park concerts, as well as constructive feedback from neighbors in specific neighborhoods, to inform our acoustical plans for the upcoming show. There are, however, variables that affect the sound on each performance (speaker positioning, weather, bass line, etc.), so we appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our operating procedures.
Sound Schedule:
Tuesday, October 23rd
- 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Sound System Testing (Intermittent testing)
Wednesday, October 24th
- 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Sound System Testing (Intermittent testing)
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM – Concert
