An artistic rendering of “Window,” a proposed light installation stretching from the Fairmont Hotel over Nob Hill and into the rose window of Grace Cathedral from July 27 to 29.

Created by arts non-profit Illuminate, the three night installation named “Window” (#NobHillWindow), will officially begin when darkness falls on Thursday night (estimated time: 8:25 pm). It will continue from sunset to sunrise for three nights through Saturday.

Grace Cathedral will open its doors to the public for one hour on Thursday and Saturday nights from 9:00-10:00pm for viewing the lasers inside the church.

For a special VIP experience, on Friday night, beginning at 7:00pm, a 24-hour Unbroken Circlesong event featuring Grammy award-winning musician Bobby McFerrin is scheduled for inside the church. $100 Tickets can be purchased here.

CARNAVAL SAN FRANCISCO 2023 will be happening this coming weekend Saturday, May 27th and Sunday, May 28th in the Mission District. The Grand Parade starts on 24th & Bryant Street travels west on to Mission Street then on Mission Street travels north to 15th Street.
