PROJECT INFORMATION
Mission Bay – Block 1 will include the new construction of a multi-family residential building in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco located between 3rd, Channel and 4th Streets. The project is two buildings comprising 350 units overall and three above-grade parking levels for 335 cars.
CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
Lendlease, the General Contractor, will be continuing construction on site Saturday, October 1st, 2016 and Sunday. October 2nd from 7AM-5PM. Neighbors may hear noise associated with the construction activities. In consideration of surrounding homes, we are providing early notice that the jobsite will be open.
PREVIOUS ACTIVITIES AND UPCOMING EVENTS
Floor concrete pouring has been progressing. Vertical concrete is being placed and walls are being formed. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing have continued work on site. Infill framing in progress. GFRC curtain wall installation is ongoing.
This week is the final week of regular season home games for the Giants.
The Giants will be playing night games every night this week, starting September 27th 2016.
Compounding the afternoon commute is the start of Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference at Moscone Center, which begins on Wednesday, September 28th and runs for 2 weeks.
Howard Street between 3rd & 4th will be closed throughout this period, which has a spillover effect throughout the area.
Please be patient and allow extra time for your afternoon commute, regardless of whether you’re on the shuttle, driving, walking or biking.
