In the spirit of giving, we are supporting two local non-profits~ Muttville and SPCA. Donations are gladly accepted. Items needed include dog and cat toys, blankets, leashes, unopened food, pet beds, etc.

The Regular Board Meeting is for Homeowners only.

Repair and replacement of the pool coping is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 17^th, 2017 and is expected to take six (6) to eight (8) weeks to complete. Loose coping was discovered around the perimeter of the pool which creates potential safety issues and as such, immediate repair has been recommended. Please note that the pool and hot tub will be closed during this repair.
