Find your center and your sweat in this outdoor, bootcamp-style session, designed to take Pilates to a whole new level. Set to upbeat and motivating music, MNT fuses classical Pilates techniques with contemporary strength moves and intense cardio intervals, guaranteed to make you glisten. Get your heart racing and work those glutes into high gear!

Once your core is aflame, find some inner balance with a crave-worthy splurge. Head into SPARK for brunch from 10+ food trucks, bottomless mimosas and house-made sangrias, and a complimentary muscle-restoring protein drink from Après.
