St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins 11:30 a.m. at 2nd Street and Market Street and ends at the Civic Center, where you’ll find St. Patrick’s Day Festival with entertainment, arts and crafts, Irish exhibitors, food, and kids’ rides until 5 p.m
