This class uses body weight & resistance training in an aerobic setting to burn calories while building strong muscles.

This class is free and open to the public, Tuesdays, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm at Main Plaza (ATTENTION: Starting 4/26, HIIT will shift its hours to 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm)
