Sound Notification – Hella Mega Tour – August 27th

Dear Residents and Business Owners,
This is a pre-event notice to inform you that there will be a public concert, the Hella Mega Tour, at Oracle Park on August 27th, 2021, from 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM.  We hope the following information will help better prepare you for the event. 

We have worked closely with the San Francisco Entertainment Commission to put a plan in place that will mitigate the sound impact in the neighborhoods surrounding the ballpark. If you experience any sound disturbances on August 27th, we will have a sound complaint hotline set up at Oracle Park to field calls. The sound complaint hotline number is 415-972-1771.

Our staff maintaining the sound complaint hotline will be in direct contact with the team monitoring the sound levels of the concert, allowing us to address any issues or complaints that arise. This enables us to monitor the situation in real time and collect valuable data so we can continue to improve the acoustical plans for future shows. While there are variables such as weather and speaker positioning that impact acoustical performance, we also rely on past experience and neighborhood feedback from previous shows to inform plans for this event.
