1. Introductions – 5 minutes
2. Information Item: Honoring Corinne Woods – 10 minutes
Description of Item: Discussion of ways to commemorate the leadership of Corinne Woods
and the decades of contributions that she made to the Mission Bay neighborhood and the City
of San Francisco.
3. Information Item: Request for Proposals for an Affordable Housing Site at Block 9a – 5
minutes
Description of Item: Presentation by Annie Wong (OCII staff) on the forthcoming Request for
Proposal (RFP) to select a developer (with a preference for a nonprofit developer) for an
affordable housing project on Block 9a.
4. Information Item: Blocks 29-32 Chase Center Curb Management and Event Transit Service
– 15 minutes
Description of Item: In order to carry out part of the Chase Center Transportation
Management Plan, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board and Port
Commission will be approving curb regulations for day-to-day activities including parking and
passenger & commercial loading as well as curb needs during events (such as passenger
vehicle, taxi and bus shuttle zones) that will apply to the blocks around the Chase Center. An
overview of the curb management plan will be shared. Presentation by Mari Hunter, Curb
Management Planner at SFMTA and Yoyo Chan, Golden State Warriors
5. Information Item: Pollution Prevention Practices – 15 minutes
Description of Item: Overview of the unique stormwater infrastructure and the historical
ecology of the Mission Bay neighborhood and the preventative behaviors that residents can
adopt to minimize negative impact on water quality and prevent pollutants from entering
stormwater. Presentation by Aimee Erlich, SFPUC Pollution Prevention Aide.
6. Information Item: SFPUC Sewer System Improvement Program Updates: Central Bayside
System Improvement Project – 15 minutes
Description of Item: Update on the Central Bayside System Improvement Project, which would
include a potential tunnel to provide reliable gravity conveyance and storage of wastewater
flows from the Channel Pump Station (located near AT&T Park) to the Southeast Treatment
Plant. Presentation by Manfred Wong (SFPUC Project Manager).
