Union Square | 333 Post St, San Francisco, California
Pick your own tulips on American Tulip Day in San Francisco. On March 2, 2019, a colorful display of more than 100,000 tulips will cover Union Square in San Francisco. Best of all, you’re invited to visit and to pick your own bunch of tulips.
The ”tulip garden” at Union Square will open to the public at 1 pm and close at 4:30 pm. Arrive early because by the end, all 100,000 tulips will have been picked, so take some home to give your household a wonderful feeling of early spring.
Plus, March 8 is International Women’s Day. What better way to celebrate this special day than with a bunch of fresh colorful tulips? Access to the garden is free and so are the tulips.
